Every captain goes through a full verification process covering identity, driver's license, vehicle safety, phone number, and a verified clean criminal-record certificate. After activation, we monitor performance through rider ratings.
Can I cancel a ride? Are there fees?
Of course you can cancel, and it's free if done shortly after the request or before the captain sets off. For late cancellations, after the captain has accepted the request or arrived at your location, a small fee applies to compensate for their time. It's shown to you clearly before you confirm the cancellation, and only with your consent.
How is the fare calculated?
The fare is calculated from the distance, the estimated duration, captain availability in your area, and peak hours. In every case, you see the price before you ride, so there are no surprises.
Do I see the price before confirming?
Yes. The estimated fare appears before you confirm, so you request your ride knowing the exact cost.
How do I pay?
Pay in cash, or by transfer via MTN Cash or Syriatel Cash.
I left something in the car, what do I do?
Open your trip details in the app and choose "Lost Items" or "Contact Support". We'll reach out to the captain and arrange the return of your belongings as quickly as possible, while protecting the privacy of both sides.
How do I file a complaint or share feedback?
Through the "Help" section in the app, or directly from your trip details. Our support team follows up with you step by step on every complaint and every note, until it's resolved.
